When I designed this course, I wanted to find an effective way to empower women by enhancing their personal safety, to inspire women to challenge their own limits and fears, to encourage them to live more mindful and healthy lives, and to help women gain confidence in their own abilities as they restore their self-worth and sense of connection through an accepting and supportive culture that fosters love and respect.
