Hey beautiful! I am so excited to share our Wellness Guide with you! This guide aims to bring your attention to important topics necessary for your well-being.
In the first chapter, we will assess our physical, mental, and emotional states of being. This is an important step because you need to know your starting point to appreciate how far you've come later on. We are often too busy to pause, reflect, and question if what we currently do brings us closer to the life we want or further distances us from it. This is why we must know where we are to begin our transformation.
In the second chapter, we will see how our thoughts can be self-sabotaging, the origin of those thought patterns, and what tools we can use to change them.
The third chapter covers some fascinating research on water and its implications for our well-being. This is one of my favorite topics! I can't wait for you to find out why we wear "Love and Gratitude" shirts.
Finally, in the last chapter, we will see what stress is and how it affects our physiology and, thus, every aspect of our lives. We will identify our stressors and learn tools to help us cope with them.
