About The Event
Introducing 4 Week Challenges
This is an added benefit to your KHR membership and will not cost you a thing! When we have breaks between RUNS, such as summer and Christmas, you can still enjoy being challenged by our organized and targeted fitness training. We will be announcing the 1st of our 4 week Challenges and the prize(s) involved. Each Challenge will be quite unique and will be tough, but fun! We will keep you in great shape and we’ll all stay connected between RUNS. We envision 3 very tailored 4 Week Challenges per year and we’re very excited to share these creative workouts with you!
