If you feel like you are stuck in a rut, don't know how to begin, need a boost of energy and a dose of motivation, then this challenge is for you! It does not matter if you don't remember the last time you exercised, or whether you are a diehard athlete, we can help you feel your best! With our specialized daily, short, and effective workouts, Dr. Conrad's immune-boosting yummy recipes, and lifestyle tips, and our KHR supportive team and community, you will be able to implement new habits that will help you strengthen and protect your body and mind and rejuvenate your spirit.
Katarina’s HIIT&RUN™ is a specialized system designed to teach women real-life self-defense using High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), a method proven to be nine times more effective at burning fat than steady state cardio training.
Katarina's HIIT workouts last less than 30 minutes, but have had women report up to 1,400 calories burned! The practical self-defense techniques are hand picked by Katarina from Krav Maga, Tae Kwon Do and Kali to help women learn how to defend themselves against common, real-life attacks such as punches, hair and wrist grabs, chokes and holds, and knife and gun attacks using muscle memory.
Dr. Katarina Terzić Conrad is a wife and a mom of two boys, Ph.D. in Mathematics, the founder of KHR, business owner, humanitarian liaison to Crown Princess Katherine Karadjordjević of Serbia, a three-time National Champion in Taekwondo, Krav Maga and a Kali certified instructor and an Ironman triathlete.
If you are already a KHR member, this challenge is an added benefit to your KHR membership and will not cost you a thing! When we have breaks between our 8-week RUNS, you can still enjoy being challenged by our organized and targeted fitness training. Each Challenge will be quite unique and will be tough, but fun! We will keep you in great shape and we’ll all stay connected between RUNS. We are very excited to share these creative workouts with you!
